In den kleinen Bergdörfern unterwegs, legt man Wert darauf, alte Traditionen zu
erhalten. Ein Abzweiger der Straße zum Ostpilion führt schließlich noch weiter
hinauf zum bekannten Bergdorf Makrinitsa. Die verschiedenen Ortsteile erstrecken

Property is located in mount Pilion over the city of Volos in Central Greece.
There is in the heart of the of the historical village Makrynitsa and on the
main square some 600 meters high and over viewing the mountain slopes
and the sea, there is a beautiful traditional house for sale.

The village is very traditional with many typical tower-houses fully restored
close to the mountains ski resort at about 20-30 min drive, about 20 min
drive from the city of Volos and between 30 and 60 min from various
beautiful beaches within the Pagasitikos bay. Makrinitsa is a very well
known place where cultural events are organized during the summer.

The house is composed of a ground floor and a basement of about 45 m²
with a direct entrance on the street, an upper floor with an entrance via
the garden of another 45 m² and a separate quest room with a toilet of
25 m². It is within an owned area of 331 m² with balconies having a
beautiful view of the sea.

There are 2 licenses to extend this building into 2 adjacent (new and
extended) buildings of another some 100 m² which have now expired
but could be reinstated subject to a new approval by the competent
authorities and the house needs some (not structural) fixing and
